Personal Training is the best way to get focused attention of a trainer although it is a more expensive option.

Number of participants: Personal training need not be strictly one-on-one. You can call a couple of friends or family members to form a small group. Charges will be standard if the numbers do not go above 5.

Duration of programmes: Sevangee personal training programmes can vary in duration depending on the frequency of sessions and the duration of each sessions. For example, a basic level Tai Chi programme with weekly one and a half hour sessions can stretch over 5 to 6 months. Twice a week sessions will shorten the duration of the programme further, and so on. Programmes are usually planned according to your time constraints and the availability of the trainer.

Fees: Personal training is naturally more expensive than attending public classes. However the cost of getting your training at the time and place of your convenience is usually worth the extra cost.
