GENERAL HEALTH & FITNESS
Sevangee’s basic health and fitness program is intended for those who are looking to bring about a positive change in their lives where health and fitness is concerned. The training program will cover a set of exercises that will involve slow movements, breath control methods, simple energy harnessing and cultivation techniques and meditative practice.
Some of the benefits include:

- stable internal body function (internal organs)
- normalised blood pressure
- improved balance and co-ordination
- increased bone density
- increased powers of concentration and focus
Requirements and restrictions:
Age: The programme is open to anyone above the age of 18. Although for senior citizens we have a more specialised training to suit the limitations brought about by age. View our Geriatrics programme here.
Pregnancy: Generally pregnant women are expected to cut down on physical activity. Barring a few simple breathing exercises most other parts of the training are not encouraged till post pregnancy. The training becomes especially helpful in recovery during the post-pregnancy period.
Qigong/Energy Work course is divided into 9 Levels:
1st three levels deals with General Health.
2nd three levels deals with Fitness and Martial Development.

- Level VI
3rd three levels deals with Advance Esoteric Practice and Spiritual Development.
- Level VII
- Level VIII
- Level IX
Sevangee offers various training delivery options:
- Public classes – join up at one of our training centres. Find out more about public classes.
- Small-group training – either get a few friends together or let us add you to an existing small group that suits your timings and location.
- Personal training – A more expensive option, but you can receive focused attention here. Timings based on availability of instructors. Charges based on the location and frequency of classes. Learn more.
